6. STD Video call: Rs.3.75/min
7. ISD Video call: Rs.30/min
8. Data @ GPRS/3G/UMTS/HSDPA usage rate: Rs.5/- per MB
9. Data @ HSDPA monthly service charges : Rs.149
10. MMS: Rs.3

The above specified MTNL 3G TARIFF is only applicable at Delhi.The Tariff is at the time of launch. This may vary time to time as by the decision from BSNL. We all know that the tariff is little bit higher than we expected.. Wait for the other competitors,the tariff will go down sooon..
